Careers at Lokona
Build the trust economy
for two regions.
We're a small team with a big ambition: to connect the peoples of Africa and the Caribbean with goods, services and real estate. If you believe trust is the missing infrastructure for that commerce, come build it with us.
Why join us
Work that matters across two regions.
Mission-driven work
Every feature you build directly improves safety and trust for millions of buyers and sellers across Africa and the Caribbean. This is not optimising ad clicks, it's infrastructure for real lives.
Regional impact
We're starting in Rwanda and Curaçao and expanding across Africa and the Caribbean, serving the diaspora everywhere. You'll be part of something that scales to a billion people.
A team you'll learn from
We move fast, debate ideas openly, and hold each other to high standards. Small team means your work matters from day one.
